A Private Equity firm relocated from their City office at Paternoster Square to St
James’s Square. A Grade II listed building with fabulous heritage rooms, the firm wanted to
create a workplace for their staff and clients.

The design was developed to create an understated look of quality, pairing modern materials and technology with the heritage of the building and its location.
