— Pan MacMillan

The project involved the creation of a new workplace environment to enable Pan Macmillan to maintain a competitive edge in the changing publishing world. The workplace strategy was the key driver for the design and business strategy.

Pan MacMillan Publishers leased 50,000 ft2 in the newly refurbished building located within close to proximity of Farringdon Station. The move to the new building was to accommodate expansion of the growing business.

One of the key features on the project was the construction of an interconnecting staircase across four levels.
