With the intention of optimising Warner Music’s property portfolio, the business made the decision to consolidate and take space in three buildings in West London. This allows the key music labels to operate more efficiently and in closer proximity to each other.

This project involved the fit out and refurbishment of 67,000 ft2 of space in West London. John Godden provided cost management services in previous employment.
