A multi phased project consisting of a pre-let at Regents Quarter and refurbishment of freehold owned property at Crinan St. This campus project phase was completed in 2014.

Two additional phases were then delivered – Porters Wharf refurbishment and Porters Gate Atrium infill works.

Porters Wharf is a 60,000 ft2 building that is undergoing extensive refurbishment whilst Springer Nature occupy the building.

Porters Gate is an Atrium infill project that will create 3,000 ft2 of additional workspace within the existing freehold building.
